The fund will invest substantially all of its assets in the Direct Plan, Growth Option of ICICI Prudential Equity & Debt Fund, an open-ended hybrid Scheme of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, a Mutual Fund established and offered for public/retail investors in India under the laws of the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The offering of the fund has been approved by the Capital Market Authority of the UAE.
